At PocoBear, we aim to make shopping for mom and baby essentials as easy and stress-free as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

 

 

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on the way.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may take a little longer.

 

 

🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

  • We currently ship only within Canada.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

 

 

💰 Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 CAD (before tax).

  • For orders under $50 CAD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • From time to time, we may offer special free shipping promotions (details will be announced on our website).

 

 

🚚 Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

 

 

🛡️ Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can also track your order anytime through your PocoBear account on our website.

 

 

📬 Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PocoBear is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping charges may apply).

 

 

❗ Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@pocobear.net within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • For missing or lost packages, please reach out to us—we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
