By purchasing from us or using our website, you agree to the following policies.

1. Safety & Compliance

  • Our products comply with the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) and applicable regulations (e.g., Toys Regulations, Textile Labelling Act, Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act).

  • Apparel & Accessories: Labels disclose fiber content, dealer identity, and country of origin as required.

  • Sanitary Products: Designed for personal, hygienic use. Always follow instructions and dispose responsibly.

  • Toys: Meet applicable Health Canada standards. Always supervise children and follow age-grading and warnings.

  • Customers are responsible for reading and following all instructions and age restrictions.

2. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our products are intended for personal, household use only and are not medical devices.

  • They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult a healthcare professional regarding any health-related questions.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are in CAD and subject to change without notice.

  • Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) will be added at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across Canada. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • Inspect all orders upon delivery and report shipping damage within 7 days.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Apparel & Accessories: Eligible for return/exchange within 14 days, if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • Sanitary Products (e.g., nursing pads, diapers, bottles, pacifiers, wipes, undergarments): Final sale for hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective.

  • Toys: Returnable if unopened/unused in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, clearance/final sale, customized items.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once items are inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

6. Limited Warranty

  • We warrant against manufacturing defects for 1 month from delivery.

  • Excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, improper care, or accidents.

  • Remedies: repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

  • Nothing here limits your rights under provincial consumer protection laws.

7. Recalls & Safety Notices

  • If Health Canada issues a safety notice or recall affecting our products, we will notify customers directly (where contact info is available) and provide return/refund or corrective instructions.

8. Privacy & Data

  • We comply with PIPEDA. Personal information is collected with consent, stored securely, and used only for providing services, fulfilling orders, and communicating with you.

  • Customers may access, correct, or request deletion of their information by contacting us.

  • Marketing communications are sent only with consent and always include an unsubscribe option, in compliance with CASL.

9. Accessibility

  • We are committed to providing accessible services consistent with the Accessible Canada Act and applicable provincial legislation (e.g., AODA in Ontario).

  • If you experience accessibility barriers, please contact us so we can assist.

10. Quebec & Language Requirements

  • In Quebec, information, contracts, packaging, and labelling will be available in French in accordance with the Charter of the French Language (Bill 96).

  • Customers may choose to receive documents in English where permitted.

11. Advertising & Marketing Claims

  • All advertising, pricing, and promotions comply with the Competition Act.

  • Environmental or performance claims will be clear, specific, and substantiated, in line with Competition Bureau guidance.

12. User-Generated Content

  • By posting reviews, photos, or tagging our brand, you grant us permission to use the content in marketing.

  • We reserve the right to remove content that is false, unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

13. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, packaging, logos, images, and website content are the property of PocoBear or licensed to us.

  • Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

14. Policy Updates

  • We may update these policies from time to time.

  • Continued use of our website or further purchases after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
